NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 24,000,000 units, upsized from 20,000,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trade under the ticker symbol “CCAC.U” beginning on February 11, 2020. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each warrant whole exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and the warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “CCAC” and “CCAC WS,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on February 13, 2020.

CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
