BEIJING, Sept. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Chindata Group Holdings Limited (“Chindata Group”), a leading carrier-neutral hyperscale data center solution provider in Asia-Pacific emerging markets, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its American depositary Shares (the “ADSs“). The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Chindata Group intends to list its ADSs on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “CD.”
